Six Months, Zero Chill | 2026 Recap So Far
Oh, you thought WolfSWAP is just trading?
Six months ago, we told you that “pack comes first”. Since then:
🐺 3 trading seasons with live Bounty Wheels (1 ongoing)
🐺 $10k+ in Amplify Creators rewards
🐺$150K+in Mystery Boxes crossed (and climbing)
🐺 1 acquisition (Ebisu’s Bay)
🐺 1 game, 0 → multi-collection ecosystem in under 2 months
🐺 1,075+ pups hatched in Wolfage alone
🐺 SH*T TON OF UPGRADES AND UPDATES (excuse my language)
Surprise, it turns out, we meant it.
This is ACTUALLY what happened, month by month, on-chain, in public, while half (well, 99.9%) of the market was busy doom-posting to stay alive.
I am not gonna sit here and write you a corporate “H1 Recap” with pie charts and data.
Grab a coffee, sit back, and dive in, because EVERY single part happened not only because we didn’t stop, but also because you kept pushing WITH US.
January: New, But Same (Better)
We talked about this many times before it actually happened. While most projects would tell you “we are focusing, soon”, we did it with a transparent approach, talking over 30 days about it, pinpointing every detail to you.
On January 19th, MOON was officially gone live on its own.
On January 19th, PACK was born. New contract, new 0x, ONE home. Cronos.
The reason was boring, but honest: we were burning $20k/month for keeping our token alive on ghost chains while 99.5% of our activity was sitting on Cronos the whole time anyway.
Same week, the Season 18: Iron & Bone kicked off with $5,000+ in rewards for TOP 100, starting the grind straight away.
February: The (Not At All) Boring Month
No one will tell you about infrastructure upgrades, but…
We shipped the upgrades anyway:
WolfSTREET V2 - launching token on Cronos got a LOT smoother
Command Center - every trade, every flow, every reward became visible in real time
$10,000+ Amplify - over rolling 3 months, we crossed over $10k paid out to creators
One would say “That’s it?” Well, not even close, keep reading, kiddo.
March: The Number That Mattered
Season 18 closed on March 2nd.
Nearly 3,000 traders fought for the $5,000+ prize pool and another $1,000 in Bounties, which were decided live, with one of you getting $555 based on a Bounty Wheel spin. Crazy, right?
But here is a number we will all remember: Wolfies hit 5,000,000 (that’s 5 MILLIONS) CRO total volume on Cronos, hitting TOP 9 ALL-TIME NFT collection on Cronos in volume.
In just six months, compared to some collections having over 4 years to do it.
In a market that wasn’t giving anything for free to anyone.
April: We Weren’t Watching The Charts
April was one of many months when you opened charts, you got a heart attack (my 212th this year, to be honest).
Disregard, we crossed $150,000+ in rewards distributed through Mystery Boxes alone since their launch, and every $ of those prizes was earned with as little as $10+ trades.
Little did we know we would bring bang to Mystery Boxes later on at that time (more on that later).
Then on April 30th, we shipped WolfSWAP on Solana: Our first “expansion” move since the token migration to Cronos.
Added Pudgy Penguins trading with WolfSWAP going multi-chain again, except this time it was on our terms and our economics, not a bridge bill, as PRODUCT was multi-chain, not our token.
Oh, and somewhere in there, “Wolfigotchi” got teased for the first time. Nobody clocked it yet, but you will when you read this now.
May: The Month We ACTUALLY Have to Talk About
If you should remember ONE month from this whole recap, it HAS to be this one.
One month. Game launch, acquisition, new partnerships.
We didn’t plan to peak at May, but it somehow happened, so here it is.
May 5th: Wolfage went LIVE
Hatch. Train. Gear up. Fight. Your NFTs became the soul of a game character, and the timeline has not shut up about it since then (literally, check yourself)
Over 250 live players in the first week and over 10,000 total fights. Everyone became obsessed and vocal, whether they wanted to or not.
And then, it just kept coming…
May 6th: Season 19 Closed
Season 19: Bloodline ended with a $6,000+ base prize pool, 7,000,000 CTR, and $1,000 Bounty Wheel rewards.
May 7th: $1,249 Lil Pudgy in Boxes
Mystery Boxes stacked over $2,000 in rewards for (probably) the first time, and we added one of the largest rewards to them: The Pudgy Penguin’s Lil Pudgy worth $1,249 at that time.
Later on, we did ANOTHER refill once you crazies won so many Boxes it might not be healthy, raising it back up to over $2,000 in rewards and for the FIRST TIME, added TSLA Stock into the Mystery Boxes.
May 20th: The Acquisition No One Expected
On May 20th 2026, BIG news came out (finally).
We acquired Ebisu’s Bay, the one-and-only premier NFT marketplace that served Cronos since launch back in November 2021.
The acquisition came with a single goal in mind: Make Cronos NFTs Great Again.
June: WolfSWAP Is NOT Only Trading Anymore
By June, calling WolfSWAP a “trading platform” is a bit outdated.
We fully evolved to a range of products, far beyond just trading, although the DEX Aggregator is still one of our core products.
We shipped a LOT of updates into the Wolfage, and the numbers speak for themselves:
More than 12,000 battles DAILY, and over 730 Average Daily Active Pups.
Remember when I talked about 250 live players and 10,000 battles during FIRST WEEK? The numbers above are DAILY now. Crazy, right?
Add to the fact that we became highlighted as one of the few Day 1 dApps to integrate official Circle CCTP to enable native Cronos USDC and EURC by Circle itself.
And I can’t forget, obviously, about Ebisu’s Bay being rebuilt from scratch, with new backend, new frontend, and new indexer, fully re-launched on June 26th.
Cherry on top? PACK ended the month of June with a day as #2 in volume, #2 top gainer, #3 most traders, and #1 in transactions on all of Cronos.
And buried in all of that noise, a number that deserves more attention than it got: 1,100+ pups hatched in Wolfage since launch.
What the Numbers Actually Say
We’re not going to sit here and tell you volume only went up, because it didn’t. It moved with the market, same as it does for everyone.
What didn’t move: our shipping schedule.
Three full trading seasons. Three live Bounty Wheels. Thousands of Mystery Boxes. One acquisition. One game, built from zero to a multi-collection ecosystem in under two months.
That’s the part that’s actually hard to fake.
What Comes Next
Season 20 might be the last numbered one. Whoopsie, spoiler alert. It’s still in decisions, but it’s sure that Seasons itself are not going anywhere.
Wolfage isn’t done either. PVP, Clans, Guilds, crafting, maybe even an open world. Alex isn’t done talking about it, which means we’re nowhere near done building it.
Ebisu’s Bay got rebuilt. PACK got new rails. The arena got new collections to fight.
And if you think that this is a victory lap, you are absolutely wrong.
This has all been just the warmup.
Stay hungry and remember:
YOU win, WE win. TOGETHER. AWOOOOOOOOO! 🐺
